Sales through the Site are aimed primarily at persons acting in their capacity as consumers. This notwithstanding, we may occasionally allow sales to persons acting in their professional capacity.

By placing an order, you declare that:

a)    you are at least 18 years old (if you are a natural person);

b)    you have full legal capacity to enter into a sale contract with the Seller, in particular, and without any limitation thereto, that you are duly empowered by the competent corporate bodies, that you are not subject to any court or administrative orders restraining your capacity and/or that you have the authority to act on behalf of the person that is presented as the actual contractual counterparty and beneficiary of the purchase made.

Order Placement

Every purchase order represents your intention to welcome one of our creations into your space. The order is considered issued upon completion of the guided process on the Site. Following submission, you will receive an Order Summary via email, detailing:

  • Distinctive characteristics of the Product.

  • Total price (inclusive of VAT, where applicable).

  • Detailed shipping costs.

Acceptance and Shipping

The Order Summary serves as an acknowledgment of receipt but does not constitute final acceptance. The sales contract is considered concluded and binding only when you receive a separate Shipment Confirmation, an official communication certifying the Product’s departure from our ateliers.

Limits and Conditions

We place no quantitative limits on your design desires, provided you are acting as a consumer.

Right to Refuse an Order

Mason Editions reserves the right to decline an order in the following instances:

• Unavailability: Should the Product no longer be in stock or production.

• Payment: In the absence of authorization for the total costs.

• Material Error: In the presence of obviously incorrect pricing or tax calculations (e.g., derisory or disproportionate prices not linked to active promotions).

Rejection Management and Refunds

In the event of an order rejection, you will be promptly notified via email. If payment has already been processed, Mason Editions will issue a full refund using the original payment method, without undue delay and within 10 working days of the rejection notice.

• Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the volume of the items and the destination; these are clearly displayed before order finalization.

• Tracking: Once the package is entrusted to the courier, you will receive a tracking code to follow the journey of your Mason Editions creation in real time.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

We desire every Mason Editions piece to bring beauty and satisfaction to your home. Should a creation not meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without providing a reason.

• To initiate the process, simply send an explicit communication to our Customer Care via email, citing your order number and the details of the item you wish to return.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the creation must be preserved in its original integrity:

• The Product must be returned in its original packaging (essential for protecting the design during transit).

• It must show no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.

• It must be complete with all accessories, manuals, or certificates of authenticity included in the box.

Exceptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized according to your specific requirements.

Refunds

Once the Product is received at our warehouse and verified for compliance, we will refund the full amount paid (including standard initial delivery costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.
